Western Towboat Company's tug "Eagle" being repaired at the Nichols Brothers yard, Holmes Harbor, Whidbey Island, Washington. The yard has a concrete launching ramp and a crawler to launch smaller vessels as well as a fixture to perform repairs that can be done without taking the vessel into the yard proper.
